Brian was Smith and Winfield’s contracts manager on the project.
The Smith and Winfield team, Chris, Brian, Jean and Nigel, receiving the Supreme award of Excellence for Chartwell Centre from Kalwyn Ramiah of WBHO and member of the Master Builders Executive Council.
On top of being the category winner, this project received the award for being the top project out of all projects and categories entered.

The project was completed with Marmoran products which transformed a dated building into one that stands proudly alongside its more modern counterparts in Umhlanga
